Before you enquire

What matters up front.

Is this a normal business trip?

No. It is a supervised, product-focused business road show with preparation, market conversations and follow-up.

Who is it suitable for?

Manufacturers, brands and technology companies with a real product, a concrete European objective and willingness to prepare professionally.

How are market partners selected?

Research, outreach and matching are aligned with the product, target market and delegation context. Contact volume is not the objective.

Are meetings or deals guaranteed?

No. CEMA supports access, preparation, communication and accompaniment, but guarantees no meetings, contracts, sales or market results.

Are flights, visas or insurance included?

International flights and visa or insurance brokerage are not part of the offer.

What does “15 Minutes to Convince” mean?

A compact presentation format explaining company, product, value, audience and a possible next step.

Do I need Consulting first?

No. Consulting and delegations are independent products. Preparation or follow-up can be requested separately.

What happens after the trip?

Impressions, open contacts and possible next steps are structured. Further support can be agreed or commissioned separately.

When will packages, prices and trips be published?

Only once services, prices, conditions and operational details are binding. CEMA does not present provisional dates, cities, participant numbers or price tiers as a finished offer.
